2 Ingredients? Healthy Snack? You had me at hello! Recently, I was looking for something fun to make with plums (totally random, I know, but it’s for a volunteer project I am working on), and I came across this plum fruit leather recipe!
I loved the idea of this healthy snack! I did however make a few changes to the recipe!
1) I switched granulated sugar for honey – I used honey made locally!
2) I also reduced the amount of sweetener – the recipe uses 3/4 granulated sugar & I used 1/2 a cup of honey ( I like them a lil tart!)
Other than that I followed the recipe through and they turned out pretty darn good!
I can’t wait to make these again, next time I might try adding in some other types of fruit. Strawberries? Raspberries? The possibilities are endless!!
